Spanduk-spanduk tersebut dipasang oleh kelompok yang masih misterius berisi tentang penolakan Kedatangan Calon Presiden yang diusung oleh partai Nasdem bertebaran di sejumlah sudut Kota Bandung, seperti di Gerbang Tol Pastuer, Depan Gedung DPRD Jawa Barat Jalan Diponogoro Kota Bandung dan di Gerbang Tol Buahbatu Kota Bandung.

Spanduk dinilai berisi konten provokatif terpasang di Sejumlah Ruas jalan Kota Bandung ini, menjelang kedatangan Mantan Gubernur DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan di Kota Bandung untuk menghadiri “Nasdem Youth Festival” di Sasana Budaya Ganecha, Jalan Taman Sari Kota Bandung, pada Minggu (22/01/2023).

Sementara itu, ketua Gerakan Masyarakat Dan Mahasiswa Bandung Lautan Api (GEMMA BLA) Budi Wisesa, mendukung pemasangan spanduk penolakan Kedatangan Anies Baswedan oleh kelompok yang tidak dikenal tersebut. Menurut Budi, rupanya banyak orang atau masyarakat Bandung yang tidak suka akan kehadiran mantan Gubernur DKI tersebut, apalagi mejadikan Sabuga ITB sebagai arena Politik Praktis oleh Anies Baswedan, mengingat Sabuga ITB adalah area Pendidikan yang tidak boleh dimasuki oleh kegiatan Politik Praktis.

Budi Juga menuduh, kedatangan Anies ke Kota Bandung dinilai sangat memiliki muatan politis, khususnya terkait Pemilihan Presiden (Pilpres) tahun 2024. Padahal menurut Budi saat ini belum memasuki masa kampanye sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Pemilu.

“Kami menolak kedatangan Anies karena di dalam Undang-Undang Pemilu itu ada diatur mengenai masa kampanye. Sampai hari ini kita ketahui bahwa masih jauh pemilihan presiden itu,” katanya.

Sementara itu, pihak KPU Kota Bandung dan Provinsi Jawa Barat belum memberikan pernyataan atas banyakanya spanduk penolakan Kehadirian Abies Baswedan di Kota Kembang, sedangkan Bawaslu Kota Bandung melalui surat Nomor 013/PMK/K.JB-19/01/2023 memberikan imbauan kepada ketua partai politik peserta Pemilu di Kota Bandung.
