KABUPATEN SUKABUMI — Menanggapi penutupan lima Gerbang Tol di Kota Bandung, Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil menyerahkan skema terbaiknya kepada institusi Kepolisian Daerah Jabar.

“Itu saya serahkan skema sepenuhnya pada kepolisian yang mengatur karena jalur naiknya Omicron di Jabar itu Kota Bandung, ibu kota Jawa Barat. Jalurnya dari Cipularang,” kata Ridwan Kamil saat ditemui di Pantai Karanghawu, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Kamis (10/2/2022).

Kelima gerbang tol yang rencananya akan ditutup pada akhir pekan itu adalah Gerbang Tol Pasteur, Kopo, Pasir Koja, Mohammad Toha, dan Buah Batu.

Dokumen MoU ditandatangani oleh Direktur Utama PTDI, Gita Amperiawan dan Chairman & CEO Dassault Aviation, Eric Trappier, disaksikan langsung oleh Menteri Pertahanan RI, Prabowo Subianto dan Menteri Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Perancis, H.E Florence Parly di Gedung Kementerian Pertahanan RI, Jakarta.

Sebagaimana keterangan resmi dari Kementerian Pertahanan RI, dalam pertemuan bilateral ini kedua delegasi membahas peningkatan kerjasama pertahanan antara kedua Negara, yang diharapkan dapat memperkuat hubungan pertahanan bilateral antara Indonesia dan Perancis di masa mendatang.

“Kami membahas secara mendalam beberapa hal, sebagaimana diketahui Indonesia dan Perancis telah menjalin kerjasama pertahanan cukup lama sejak 1950. Dan saat ini, status hubungan bilateral kita di bidang pertahanan berada dalam status tertinggi, yaitu kita telah menandatangani Persetujuan Kerja Sama Pertahanan/Defence Cooperation Agreement (DCA) pada 28 Juni 2021. Tentunya ini butuh ratifikasi dari parlemen kita untuk bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik,” ujar Menhan Prabowo.

Kementerian Pertahanan RI menyambut baik rencana pengembangan mekanisme kerja sama 2+2 antara Kementerian Luar Negeri RI dan Kementerian Pertahanan RI kedua negara guna peningkatan kerja sama bilateral.

Guna menyempurnakan proses tersebut, Gubernur Jabar Ridwan Kamil meresmikan 6 Command Center yang berada di Kab. Sukabumi, Kota Cimahi, Kab. Bandung, Kota Tasikmalaya, Kab Kuningan dan Kab. Tasikmalaya bertempat di Command Center, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Kamis (10/2/2022).

Menurut kang Emil sapaan akrab Ridwan Kamil, revolusi digital terus dijalankan di tanah Jabar. Salah satunya dengan melahirkan Command Center di 27 kabupaten/kota.

“Jawa Barat selalu terdepan dalam pembinaan teknologi, semata-mata karena revolusi digital tidak bisa dihindari jadi kami Pemda Provinsi Jabar ingin menjadi provinsi digital terbaik terdepan,” katanya.

“Salah satunya adalah menyempurnakan proses manajemen digital di Jawa Barat dengan membangun command center ruangan penuh aplikasi tempat pemimpin memgambil keputusan,” imbuh kang Emil.

Penandatangan MoU antara PT Pindad, Nexter Munitions, dan Mecar (Nexter Group) disaksikan langsung oleh Menteri Pertahanan RI, Prabowo Subianto dan Menteri Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Perancis, H.E Florence Parly.

Dalam pertemuan bilateral antara kedua belah pihak di Kemhan RI, kedua delegasi membahas peningkatan kerja sama pertahanan antara kedua negara, yang diharapkan dapat memperkuat hubungan pertahanan bilateral antara Indonesia dan Prancis di masa mendatang. Pertemuan ini merupakan lanjutan dari Penandatanganan Persetujuan Kerja Sama Pertahanan / Defence Cooperation Agreement (DCA) di Paris, antara Menhan RI dengan Menteri Angkatan Bersenjata Perancis pada 28 Juni 2021, di mana perluasan cakupan kerja sama pertahanan disepakati.

Adapun lingkup kerjasama produk MKS dan MKB yang akan dilaksanakan meliputi munisi kal. 120 mm Main Battle Tank (MBT) , munisi kal. 105 mm medium tank Harimau, munisi kal. 20 mm Vector GI-2, munisi kal. 30 mm Rafale Gun dan munisi kal. 30 mm 6 & 7 barrel.

Menteri Pertahanan RI, Prabowo Subianto dalam konfrensi pers mengatakan, hubungan bilateral di bidang pertahanan yang sudah terjadi antara Indonesia dan Prancis sejak lama sudah berada dalam status tertinggi sehingga butuh ratifikasi dari parlemen Indonesia untuk bisa di implementasikan dengan baik.

“Sebagai bentuk tindak lanjut telah berlangsung pendekatan kunjungan antara pejabat negara. Kerjasama ini perlu kita tingkatkan dengan adanya pelatihan – pelatihan bersama dan kami juga menyambut baik rencana pengembangan mekanisme 2+2 antara kementerian pertahanan dan kementerian luar negeri kedua negara guna mempererat kerjasama bilateral.“ ujar Prabowo.

Sementara Menteri Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Perancis, H.E Florence Parly mengatakan, komitmen Indonesia dan Perancis pada stabilitas kawasan dan perdamaian internasional merupakan fondasi untuk memperkuat kerjasama kedua belah pihak. Florence Parly kemudian menyampaikan, kunjungannya ke Indonesia kali ini merupakan kesempatan untuk berbicara dengan Menteri Pertahanan RI, Prabowo Subianto mengenai berbagai program alutsista yang ingin dikembangkan Indonesia dengan dukungan Perancis.
